I dont remember the real name of this chicken because my kids just say can you make the GOOD chicken, it is my 15 yr old sons fav and he always requests this for his birthday meal.....with extra for leftovers:-D

2eggs, beaten
1 cupbread crumbs
1/4 cupflour
1your favorite honey mustard, i use frenches
2shredded cheddar cheese
1 cupsliced mushrooms

Steps

Preheat ove to 350

Combine flour and breadcrumbs, dip chicken and fry on stove

when you are done frying all cutlets, place in baking pan, top with honey mustard,bacon,mushrooms,and cheese.

cook in oven approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
