This is a very good salad. Easy to make. I use apple cider vinegar and a cabbage premix bag to save on time. You can also half the oil in the dressing if you want a more tangy flavor.

2 tbspbutter
1/2 cupslivered almonds
1 packagesramen noodles
1 headcabbage or premix
Dressing
2 tbspsugar
1/2 cupoil
3 tbspvinegar
1 enveloperamen flavor pkg.
1 dashsalt and pepper to taste

dressing: add sugar, oil, vinegar, reman packet and salt amd pepper together.Set aside

saute almonds and crushed ramen noodles in butter and oil until golden.(The noodles are uncooked)

add cabbage or cabbage mix to noodle mixture.

mix dressing with cabbage mix.

I love this salad! To my recipe I use Splenda instead of sugar, apple cider vinegar and add equal amounts of almonds and shelled sunflower seeds, let it set over night. I have never sauteed the almonds and noodles before. .. I will have to try it this way! :hungry
