It's usually so good, but I over cooked them a tad. Other than that, booooomb!
Steps
- 1
Heat cooking oil up in a large cast iron skillet. Let heat all the way, before adding wings. It's hot enough when a small drop of water sizzles. Med/high heat
- 2
Season wings with salt, pepper, cayenne, & garlic powder
- 3
Put 2 cups of flour in a large ziplock bag, add seasoned wings to the ziplock bag of flour. Shake until all wings are completely coated with flour
- 4
Drop flour coated wings in hot oil evenly. Make sure the pan is full of wings, otherwise your oil will burn before the wings are done.
- 5
Turn them over after 10 minutes.cook another 10 minutes, & turn over again. Continue ta turn wings over every 10 minutes until dark golden brown. Usually about 30 minutes . Depending on how big the wings are.
- 6
When done, drain on paper towel
- 7
Serve with celery stalks, hot sauce, blue cheese, or ranch dressing
