1 cupBourbon
2 1/2 cupbrown sugar
1 tbspcayenne
1 tbspsmokehouse seasoning
1onion

Dip bacon one piece at a time into bourbon. Let sit on counter for 5 min.

Pre heat oven 350. line a cookie sheet with parchment.

mix all dry ingredients into brown sugar and mix.

remove bacon from bourbon and lightly part them dry with a paper towel. Dip into brown sugar mixture one piece at a time carefully coating each piece.

lay strips on the parchment then cover with another parchment paper and another cookie sheet

place in oven for 25 to 35 minutes checking often.
