Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix raw sausage, bisquik and cheese together.

Make sure to mix up very well. No dry bisquik should be left. I add a tbsp of water to help mixing. this is up to you.

roll into small balls and place on greased baking sheet. May have to do two batches or two pans depending on size of balls.

bake for 10-12 minutes until tops are brown.

yields about 2-3 dozen based on size.
