5links sweet italian sausage
2 largebell peper, cut into strips
2 largeonions, cut into strips
1 clovechopped garlic
1salt&pepper to taste
1 tspsoy sauce
2 tbspbutter

Steps

melt a lil butter in a skillet, brown sausage slightly. place sausage on plate & set aside.

place 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet, saute onions, garlic & bell pepper. once veggies are tender, add spy sauce, remaining butter & stir.

put sausage back in, cover & simmer 10-15 minutes, it till sausage is done. stir occasionally.
