Clean the bell pepper and cut it in half, then roast it.

Make the sauce using your preferred tomato paste, or make your own homemade sauce with fresh tomatoes and season to taste. I just added salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce onto a plate, place the two pepper halves on top, and fill them with scrambled egg and tuna. Garnish with cheese, butter, and olives. Enjoy!
