Cooking Instructions

Pour in oil in a pot big enough for the mixing of the ugba.

Soak little amount of potash in water very tiny water.

Pour in the water inside the pot that has oil and stir very well.so that it will turn to yellow paste.

Add pepper,ehu Maggi,crayfish,onions and ugba.

None of all these is done on the heat.

Wash and Boil pomo for 30mins.please make sure is soft.dice it and add.

Ugba is ready enjoy with palm wine.
