Mix flour, salt and butter, add the water as needed to make firm and smooth dough. Kneed the dough on lightly oil surface for about one minutes. Cover the dough and set aside for at least 10 - 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Oil should be moderately hot add carom seeds and green chillies, gingerand garlic paste, onions and fry for a minutes. Now add the roasted peanut and potato and stir fry for 8 minutes. Stir in garam masala powder and salt and mango powder turn off the flame.

Making paratha samosa.....

After the dough is set, knead it again until smooth. Divide the dough into small balls and roll giving it a round shape with your hands. Place it on rolling pin and roll out lengthwise, thinly.

Divide the rolled sheet into two equal halves with help of a knife. Lift one part and stuff the filling and grated cheese and give a fold with a fork.

Likewise prepare all the samosa.

Heat heavy bottom pan in medium heat. Add few drops of oil and place the samosa on pan.

When the samosa start to change colour from sides, flip it over and lightly press the paratha all round and flip. Shallow fry the samosa both sides till golden brown.

Garnished with grated cheese and serve with tomato sauce.

Ready to eat less oil hot and crispy PARATHA SAMOSA..... ENJOY 😍😍
