preheat frying pan just below medium heat until the pan is evenly heated.

peel, wash, and grate potato into a bowl

skin and grate all 3 cloves of garlic into bowl with potatoes.

add salt and garlic powder to your potatoes.then mix ingredients together until evenly seasoned.

toss half of the1/4 stick of butter on pan to keep potatoes from sticking

add potatoes to pan and shape to preference.

cook till golden then add last half of butter before flipping to keep from sticking.

continue to shape and flip until evenly cooked

remove potatoes from pan and serve.

1/2 potato should be enough to make a delicious side for any breakfast or use the whole potato as a single serving. enjoy! :-)
