Heat oil in a pan and add mustered seeds when the seeds crackle add chopped green chillies and ginger-garlic paste saute for a mints add the mixture to mashed kidney beans and potatoes and mix it a very small quantity of black pepper

Take gram flour in a vowel and add salt red chilli powder and turmeric powder to the mixture add water to get a better of coating consistency

Take bread pieces and cut them take the mashed kidney beans and potatoes mix and spread it evenly on the bread cover with another slices of bread

Heat oil in a frying pan press the bread slices well while taking care that they hold the filling properly dip the stuffed piece of bread ib the better

After dipping the stuffed bread piece in better place it gently in the hot oil fry the pakoda on a medium flame fried continue till it is crispy golden on all the side

After frying drain the pakodas on an absorbent paper..

Serve them hot with tomato ketchup
