    2 cup water ko boil kar ke usme rice flour,suji,salt and oil dal kar achhi tarh mila kar ges band kar ke 10 minutes ke liye dhak kar rakh de.

    Ek kadai me 1 tablespoon oil ko garamkarke usme jeera dale jab jeera tadke lage tab usme haldi lal mirch dal kar potato ko mash kar ke dal de or baki ke bache hue masale bhi dal kar thodi der bhokne fir ges band kar de

    10 minutes baad jab rice flour thoda thanda ho jaye tab usko achhi tarh masal kar soft dough teyar karein

    Ab thoda sa dough le kar hat par oil ke help se fela le fir 1 tablespoon stuffing rakh kar gol gol tikki bana le

    Tab oil ko ek pan me garam karke coin ko dono tarf sunahara hone tak fry karein
