#healthyrecipe. ..I always want to serve my family a healthy version food pulse it should have all the taste too soften in this process I switched from regular dahi bada to a moongdal dahi bada and that to steamed ..perfect taste and healthy too

Soak the moongdal for 4-5 hours

Drain it and grind it in fine paste

The batter should be like idli batter semi thick..add salt and little of cumi powder

Grease your idli stand and pour one spoon batter in each and let it steam for 15-20 minutes give it a toothpick test if it comes out clean your bada is ready take them out and soak them in hot water for 15-20 minutes or till they are soft in texture

Take them out and squeeze all the excess water from them

Whip the curd and sugar till light and soak these bada in it for 15-20 minutes

Take them out in serving bowl and sprinkle chat masala cumin powder black salt and red chilli powder

If you want can put them in freeze and have it chill and if not you can serve it as it is
