Nutty Baked Okra

#healthyjunior. Give a twist to okra by adding almonds,peanuts and bake it.
Steps

Wash okra trim the edges and cut slit it so that we can stuff.

Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a pan, add cumin, garlic, almonds and peanuts. Fry it for 2-3 minutes. Remove it from flame.

Coarsely grind the above. While grinding add all the rest dry ingredients. I prefer using mortar pestle to grind this.

Now stuff the grinded mixture in Okra. Save very little grinded powder to sprinkle over the cooked okras.

Heat remaining oil in a pan and add stuffed Okra. Sautee' for 2 minutes and cover it with lid for about 4-5 minutes.

Remove the lid and take it out on a baking try. Bake these Okra at 150 degree Celcius for 10 minutes. Do not over bake it.

Now once Okra is done sprinkle the stuffing mixture over the Okra and serve it.

You can serve it like starter.
