mix together the flour,sugar baking powder and salt then mix in butter ,milk ,vanilla and eggs and mix well until blended altogether then add in the 10 crushed Oreos and mix well

preheat oven at 350 and put cups in muffin tins and fill half way .once done put them in oven for 30 min.

frosting

mix whipped cream ,powdered sugar vanilla and cookies in mixer until soft peaks form,set aside

when cupcakes are done take out and let cool then put on icing I added a Oreo piece on top
