Ingredients

15 minutes

4 servings

4large potatoes, diced
1/2green pepper, chopped
1/2red pepper, chopped
1/2yellow pepper, chopped
1small onion, chopped
to tasteSprinkle parsley
to tasteSprinkle black pepper
to tasteSprinkle paprika
2 cupsboiled water
1carrot, sliced

15 minutes

Boil diced potatoes for 5 minutes then drain water

Fry chopped onion until tender
3

Add all robot peppers(all three variety of peppers) and sliced carrot
4

Add boiled potatoes sprinkle black pepper and parsley for taste
5

Fry for another 10 minutes
