  • 1 canTomato sauce
  • 1 pinchor plam of salt
  • 1 tbspGarlic
  • 1 canGondules ( pigeon peas)
  • 1/2 cupSummer sausage
  • 2 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 cuprice
  • 1 largecooking spoons sofrito
  • 1/2 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oil in a lager pot

  2. 2

    cute summer sausage in medium small peace

  3. 3

    add everything but rice in oil and simmer

  4. 4

    run rice under water and darn good

  5. 5

    thrn add to pot let boil.

  6. 6

    once it start to boil lower heat to low cover and let cook four 20 minutes then turn once then let cook for 10 minutes more or till done
