Ingredients

  1. 10-15Cashewnuts
  2. 15-20Raisins
  3. 20-25Chironji
  4. 1 tspElaichi powder
  5. 15-20 Strandskesar soaked in luke warm milk
  6. 1 cupSuji / Rava
  7. 1 cupSugar
  8. 3/4 cupDesi ghee
  9. 2-1/2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take ¼ part ghee in a non stick pan and when heated, add the dry fruits in it and fry them for 2-3 mins, take them out in a plate.

    In the same ghee, now add suji in it and roast it for 8-10 mins till it changes color.. take it out in a plate

  3. 3

    Now in same pan, add 2 cup of water and when it starts to boil, add the suji in it and mix well till no lumps are formed.

  4. 4

    Once water is evaporated, add sugar in it and keep mixing

  5. 5

    Now add elaichi powder, kesar and dry fruits in it and mix well. Now add the remaining 2 parts of ghee in it and keep mixing.

  6. 6

    Once the water is evaporated and it gets a bit thick consistency, switch off the heat. Serve it hot and garnish with some dry fruits.
