  • 1/4 cupMozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoonOil
  • 1 teaspoonPizza masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack paper
  • to tasteSalt according

Steps

  1. 1

    Potato ko achhi tarh saf karke 1 tablespoon oil me Cote kar le or baking tray par rakh kar 1 hour ke liye 170℃ par bake karein

  2. 2

    Jab potato bake ho jaye usko nikal kar uper se thoda cat karein or potato ko teaspoon ki help se khali kar le

  3. 3

    Ab mixi jar me paneer, Mozzarella cheese or potato (jo baked potato me se nikala he) ko pees le

  4. 4

    Usko ek bowl me nikal kar bache hue masale mila de ab is mixture ko piping bag me dal kar baked potato ko bhar de or 200℃ par 15 minutes ke liye dobara bake karein

  5. 5

    Bake hone ke baad gram garamsouce ke sath parose
