Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups.r. flour or all purpose
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1garlic to taste
  • 1black pepper to taste
  • 1Hungarian paprika to taste
  • 1 canbeef stock 15 oz.

    In a pot heat oil add flour make a paste add stock stir add spices keep stirring till its smooth and sticks to back of spoon.
