2 cupbrown rice
1rotisserie chicken
1 canblack beans
1packet hot and spicy taco mix
1tomato
1wheat tortillas
1shredded mexican cheese
1paul newman black bean and corn salsa

Boil 2 cups of brown rice

Place beans in a sauce pan on low heat.

Add rice, chicken, taco seasoning, and tomato to beans and mix.

Place on tortillas and warm in microwave with shredded cheese.

Top with salsa/ sour cream or desired toppings
