Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcooked chickpeas
  2. 2 cupgrilled vegetables
  3. 3 tbsptahini
  4. 2 tbsplemon juice
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 1 tbspolive oil (or omit, if cooked veggies in olive oil)

Cooking Instructions

    Add chickpeas, grilled peppers, garlic and onions seasoned with salt pepper and olive oil.

    Add pinch of salt, cumin, oregano, and cayenne pepper.

  3. 3

    Add tahini and lemon juice and blend.

  4. 4

    Drizzle in the olive oil and blend until desired consistency.

  5. 5

    Remove from blender and place in serving dish. Great with crunchy bread, pita chips, pretzels or crunchy veggies.
