randomly threw this together and it was delicious. its all based on taste more than measurements.

Okay, I have a strange love for imitation crab. It's not very good.. and I love it anyway. I hated it as a kid, and for some odd reason I have craved it daily for the passed 6 months or so. I know, something might be wrong with me ;)

This is a basic recipe. Add spices as you wish. I like the sriracha for heat, but you could do green chilies, cayenne pepper, jalapeno, etc. or just do garlic & lemon juice. Lots of possibilities.

Nice fresh salad, can be made with fresh or Imitation crab salad.

I had some crab and green onions I needed to use up so daughter made crab cakes as I made crab salad. I am a big vegetable eater, so I always try to think of new ways to serve vegetables. Maybe try some tomatoes in it too, I didn't because my daughter is allergic to tomatoes while I love them.

A mix of barbecue chicken, black beans, and other salad ingredients!

As a "vegetarian/hopeful vegan," I am a big fan of tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, or any sandwich that involves dairy as opposed to "lunch meat" aka processed & cured pork! 🙄👌 My honey loves crab. Especially, imitation crab which I personally am opposed to, but he is constantly bringing home asking me to "make stuff" with. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️😩😄 This is a great way to sneak in extra vegetables! 👌😏😎👍 Nom!
