When I get invited to a Barbecue party, I love to make this dish. Not only because it's simple, but it's very flavorful. This dish is inspired by an Indonesian dish called "Ayam Panggang" or literally means grilled chicken. I love the sweet, spicy, and the tangy taste. Surely will happily tickle your tongue.

Ingredients

1 kgChicken (you can mix chicken tights and wings)
1Onion (diced)
3 clovesonion (smashed)
1Lemon (thinly sliced)
1/2 cupPaprika powder
1/2 cupPlain yoghurt
1/3 cupDried Oregano
1/3 cupDried Parsley
1/3 cupCoriander powder
1/3 cupHoney
1/3 cupTeriyaki Sauce
1/3 cupSweet Soya Sauce
1/3 cupSalted Soya Sauce
1/4 cupPepper
1/4 cupTurmeric powder (or 3 cm of fresh turmeric)
1/4 cupChili powder (or depends on how much you could handle)

Steps

Scrub chicken with salt to clean up the slime. Repeat the scrubbing then rinse the chicken.

Mixed all the ingredients together and then move it to an airtight container or a sealed plastic. Put it in a fridge and let it marinate overnight.

Grill the chicken until it's evenly cooked.
