Heat around 2 tbsp of oil in kadhai. Add onion and tomato paste in it and cook it till it evaporated all its moisture.

Add ginger garlic paste, and all dry masala powder i.e. turmeric, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala. And mix it.

Once masala gets cooked add white peas with its stock. Add salt as per taste and let it boil till it start showing oil on top.

For vada mix mashed potato with turmeric, green chilli paste, ginger garlic, salt and make medium size ball. Coat it with pakoda batter and deep fry it till get get golden crust.

Place vada at the centre. Pour usal on top. Serve it with pav and green chutney.
