1 bunchalmonds
1 dashcumin
1 tbspcurry powder
1 bunchparsley
1/3 cupwater

cut the zuchini in fine strips

soak the almonds in the water for about five minutes

in a food processor blend the almonds and wate with the avocados, lime juice, cumin and curry powder

pour the sauce over the zuchines and decorate with parsley and almonds
