preheat oven to 350

grate your four carrots and set aside

mix together all the ingredients exept for the carrots

stir in your carrots with a spoon
- 5
cook your carrot cake for 40-50 minutes
- 6
let your carrot cake cool then ice it
- 7
eat it you know you want to!!:)

Carrot cake was my mother’s favorite cake. I can remember being four years old and peeling carrots and licking the batter off of the spoon. My father always had something to say about the raw eggs, but my mother didn’t care. Haha, I survived!! Anyway, I got this lamb mold and I wanted to try it out, so I made a carrot cake.
