  1. 1Italian Loaf (about 12in.)
  2. 1 stickButter (melted)
  3. 1 ozOlive Oil
  4. 3 tspMinced Onion
  5. 2 cloveGarlic (grated)
  6. 1 tbspDijon Mustard
  7. 1 tbspPoppy Seeds
  8. 3 tspChopped Parsley
  9. 12 ozGrated Cheese (your choice)

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix the melted butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds and parsley in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Cut bread into cubes with "X" slices without cutting all the way through the bottom crust.

  4. 4

    Pour butter mixture carefully into the "X" cracks and over the top of the bread using a spoon. Fill cracks with the grated cheese.

  5. 5

    Wrap entire loaf with foil, sealing the sides properly and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and unwrap. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is fully melted.

Awesome recipe! My italian loaf got smashed when i tried to make cuts, so the cuts were there but they weren't open. Tastes great anyway!
