Ingredients

  1. 1 lbBOW TIE PASTA
  2. pasta salad
  3. 1 (3.8 oz)can sliced, pitted black olives
  4. 1 1/2 cupGRAPE TOMATOES CUT IN HALF SIDEWAYS
  5. 1small GREEN BELL PEPPER DICED
  6. 1 (4 oz)can sliced mushrooms drained
  7. 1 (2 oz)jar pimentos drained
  8. 1 cupBALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE DRESSING-STORE BOUGHT
  9. 1/4 cupMAYONNAISE
  10. 1black pepper
  11. 1 tbspSUGAR
  12. 1salt
  13. 1grated parmesan cheese for topping

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinaigrette, mayonnaise and sugar

  2. 2

    Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add pasta bring to medium heat and cook according to package.

    When pasta is finished cooking, transfer to a large bowl and let cool

  4. 4

    Once pasta is cool, add the tomatoes, mushroom, black olives, green pepper, pementos, salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Add the dressing, toss to combine.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate for at least one hour allowing the flavors marry.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with cheese, toss lightly and serve.
