  1. 1 literMilk
  2. 1 canCondensed Milk ( sweetened)
  3. 3 largeEggs
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 1 1/2 tbspCake wheat flour
  6. 1 1/2 tbspMaizena
  7. 1 tbspCustard powder
  8. 1 tspVanilla extract
  9. 200 gramsTennis biscuits
  10. 125 gramsMargarine
  11. 1 tbspMargarine
  12. 1 dashCinnamon

  1. 1

    Bring milk, 1 tablespoon margarine and condensed milk to a boil.

  2. 2

    Mix eggs and salt together

  3. 3

    Add cake wheat flour, maizena, custard powder and vanilla essence to egg mixture

  4. 4

    Add egg mixture to milk mixture on stove. Bring mixture to boil until thick. (Watch out... burns easily)

  5. 5

    Prepare crust. Crush biscuits and add 125g molten margarine to biscuits. Roll and flatten crust in bowl

  6. 6

    Pour mixture over crust and sprinkle with cinnamon. Let cool and enjoy.
