Ingredients

2 servings

Cocoa cream
1 1/2 cuphot water
3 tspcocoa powder
2 tbspall purpose cream
2 tbspall purpose cream
1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
1 tbsppowdered milk
For the rock salt cheese foam
1/2 cupcream cheese
1/3 cupwhipping cream
1/4 cupcondensed milk

Pour hot water into the blender

Add the cocoa powder and the rest of the ingredients for the cocoa cream

For the foam: put the ingredients in a bowl and mix until foamy.

If you want it serve chilled, add ice
