Crockpot Pork Loin Green Chili

saute onions in oil with adobo seasoning and clove of fresh garlic

cut pork loin into 2 inch chunks and brown in oil with garlic and seasonings.

mix onions, rotel, green chilies, and salsa Verde into crackpot and stir well
- 4
add pork into crock pot and mix
- 5
cut and add potatoes into crock pot
- 6
top crock pot off with as much chicken broth as it can hold and mix well
- 7
allow to simmer in crockpot on low for 8 hours. serve over rice or with fresh tortillas.
