Ingredients

  1. 2 lbpork roast
  2. 1white corn tortillias 12-24
  3. 1 canchopped olives
  4. 1 canmushrooms
  5. 4 tspcumin ( more or less for spicy hot factor)
  6. 1salt (to taste)
  7. 1pepper (to taste)
  8. 1garlic powder (to taste)
  9. 1 lbgrated cheese of choice (I use mild chedder)
  10. 1sour cream (to taste)
  11. 1salsa (to taste)
  12. 1lettuce (to taste)

    Place pork roast in crock pot with combined seasonings to slow cook til meat falls apart or til ready to prepair. I usually let it cook for 8 -10 hrs on med heat. Make sure you put enough water in it I usually just make sure the meat is completely submerged.

    once the meat is ready take out of crock pot and shred up in a skillet. taste it! see if the seasoning is right if you want it spicier ad some more cumin a cup of water and let simmer for 1/2 hr. Once it is at desired taste, add mushrooms and chopped olives simmer for 10 minutes. Microwave totillas for approxiamately 30-45 seconds. Prepair you Num Num's to your preference, cheese, lettuce,sour cream, anything! ranch dressing is a wonderful option in place of sour cream. Now enjoy!!
