  • 1 Kgtomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 1cucumber
  • 3-5garlic cloves
  • 1pepper
  • Halftea spoon of cumin
  • 100 mlolive oil
  • 50 mlbalsamic vinegar
  • Water as required
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 5carrots (optional)

    As simple as mixing and blending until smooth. It is recomended to let it chill in the fridge for a few hours. Serve it chilled!!
