First crumble the mawa

In a small bowl dissolve a few saffron in 1 tsp of milk

Add the mawa in a pan begin to cook on a low flame for 3 to 4 mints

Switch off the gas and add sugar stir then turn on the flame.the mixture will become smooth and thin due the sugar melted

Stir and continue to cook on a low flame

The mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan then add saffron and cardamom powder and stir and cook for a minute switch off the gas

Grease a bit of ghee on a thali

Pour the mixture on thali. and let it set. cut into pieces and serve.
