  1. 3 lbroast
  2. 1 largeonion,diced
  3. 3 tbspminced,roasted garlic
  4. 1 tbsponion powder
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 118oz.jar beef gravy
  7. 112oz.jar mushroom gravy
  8. 1salt n pepper to taste.

  1. 1

    trim fat from the roast.place roast into a slowcooker. add 1 cup of water.cook on high for 6-7 hrs.

  2. 2

    once the roast is cooked.drain water.shredd your roast,and add all ingredients into slowcooker.cook an additional 1/ 2 hr.to 45 MIN.

  3. 3

    serve on buns or bread.Enjoy your meal.
