6eggs at room temperature
2 tbspagave or honey
1/2 cupmelted coconut oil
1/2 tspsea salt
3/4 cupsifted coconut flour
1 tspbaking powder

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, sea salt.

Sift together coconut flour and baking powder.

Add dry ingredients slowly to wet.

Grease bread pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

I thought this was a really good sweet bread. I did add 1/4 cup ground LSA to yhe original recipe. :positive
