get a saucepan and fill with 2 tablespoons of oil (your choice)

get slices of ham and cut into squares

wait 3 to 5 mins while the oil heats up (go from high heat to low after oil is heated)

carefully place ham and let it sit for 75 seconds or so

cover pan for 10 mins on med to low heat so the ham can release sweet and hickory juice

uncover and add eggs pepper and salt
- 7
stir on med-high heat til desired outcome
