Steps

Wash prawns arrange on plates. Divide the lemon

Put all other prepared ingredients into blender and work into a semi smooth sauce.

Serve prawns with mixed lettuce, sauce, lemon slices and scatter a few pistachio over top.

If you want to.make this extra special heat the unpeeled garlic, wrapped in foil and tomato and chilli in preheated oven about 200C/400 f for about 10-12 minutes,towards 9 minutes add nuts to just heat them through.

Squeeze the garlic out when slightly cooled and add all into blender with rest of sauce ingredients.
