Ingredients

  1. 1Grapefruit with rind
  2. 1Orange with rind
  3. 2Lemons with rind
  4. 3 cloveGarlic
  5. 1/2Onion
  6. 3Peppermint oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut fruit and onions into pieces

  2. 2

    Place in a blender and add enough water so it turns

  3. 3

    Mix well

  4. 4

    Add peppermint oil last

  5. 5

    Take a spoonful at a time throughout the day. Adults take 1 cup a day, children take 1/2 cup a day
