Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 packageschili seasoning
  • 1med onion diced
  • 1 candiced tomato
  • 1 candiced green chile's
  • 2 clovegarlic diced
  • 1 lbsteak cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 lbsausage cut in bite size pieces
  • 1chorizo tube
  • 1 packagescream cheese
  • 1shredded cheese
  • 1 canchili beans

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Place into crock pot or large pot

  2. 2

    Turn on heat to low Stir well

  3. 3

    Add following

  4. 4

    Simmer for 4 to6 hours

  5. 5

    Add 30 minutes before serving (softened prior)

  6. 6

    Serve with shredded cheese on top, you can also add sour cream on top.
