These take a while to cook but it is worth it. Use your favorite BBQ sauce. I used Sweet Baby Ray's.
Steps

Mix salt, brown sugar and paprika
- 2
Rub ribs with mixture of seasonings
- 3
Grease baking pan or dish and add 1" of water
- 4
Place ribs in water in one layer and cover
- 5
Bake for 3 hours at 275' turning once after 1-1/2 hours
- 6
Drain liquid and add BBQ sauce.

Bake uncovered an additional 30 minutes at 400'
