Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 lbBoneless Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 2 tbspSalt
  • 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  • 2 tbspPaprika
  • 18 ozBBQ Sauce

Steps

4 hours
  1. 1

    Mix salt, brown sugar and paprika

  2. 2

    Rub ribs with mixture of seasonings

  3. 3

    Grease baking pan or dish and add 1" of water

  4. 4

    Place ribs in water in one layer and cover

    Bake for 3 hours at 275' turning once after 1-1/2 hours

  6. 6

    Drain liquid and add BBQ sauce.

  7. 7

    Bake uncovered an additional 30 minutes at 400'

This was so tender. I would cut back on the salt,made it to salty.
