Mix semolina besan curd salt and water and make a semi thick batter

Add eno to it and mix properly

Grease the idili stand and pour 1 big spoon batter in each

Steam it for 15-20 minutes

Let it rest for 5 minutes and then cut in pieces

Heat oil in pan add all the tempring ingredients and when it starts cracking add the cut dhokla

Fry it for few minutes and then serve it hot with any chutney or sauce
