Maltese baked macaroni
My mother in law taught me and now i love it !

Boil water and add pasta and a Little salt

Cook onion and mince

Add sauce to mince

Mix six eggs and a dash of milk as if your making scrambled eggs

Once pasta is soft and mince is cooked spoon the two into a large baking dish

Then pour egg mix on top

Put into oven until crispy and cooked :) then enjoy
