First of all take a big pan,add pan of water in it.

Take a muslin cloth put tea leaves,tie a knot and boil in it the nutri.kee on mixing so that the colour spreads equally on whole nutri.

Drain the nutri and wash the fresh water.

Cut the nutri in to small pieces.

Take a wok.

Add oil and butter both together.

Add chopped onion,ginger,garlic,saute for 5min.

Add tomatoe puree,all spices and mix well.

Add tomato sauce,saute untill ghee separately out.

Add nutri and mix properly,cook for 5_7min covering the wok at low flame.saute it at high flame.saute it at high flame and let it have some moisture in it.

Nutri is ready,serve it with kulcha,chopped onion,tomato serve hot.enjoyyyy
