Can substitute regular baking mix or any kind of milk without making any adjustments. Also this is like a chicken pot pie style dish, so if you want any vegetables in place of or in addition to the green beans, you can do that.

Ingredients

  1. Filling
  2. 1/4 cupbutter
  3. 1/4 cupgluten-free baking mix
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 2dashes of pepper
  6. 1 1/4 cupsoymilk
  7. 10 3/4 ozchicken broth
  8. 2 cupChicken, shredded
  9. 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  10. 10 ozFrench style green beans
  11. Topping
  12. 3eggs, separated
  13. 1/2 cupgluten-free baking mix
  14. 1/2 tspsalt
  15. 1/2 tsppaprika
  16. 1/2 cupsoymilk
  17. 1 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 425°F. Grease casserole dish.

    Heat butter in saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in baking mix, salt, & pepper until blended. Stir in milk & broth. Heat to boiling, stirring. Boil & stir 1 minute. Stir in chicken, cheese, & Green beans. Pour evenly into casserole dish.

    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Set aside.

    Beat egg yolks until thick.

  5. 5

    Mix baking mix, salt, & paprika. Beat into yolks alternately with milk & oil. Fold in egg whites. Spread topping over filling in baking dish.

    Bake until golden, 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
