  • 1 tbspchopped onion any
  • 1 tbspkale chopped finely
  • 1shredded carrot
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cupgrated parmesan
  • 1 tspolive oil

    Add all ingredients except parmesan. Cook rice seasons and veggies til done. About 10 minutes on medium high. Add parmesan cheese. And serve..
