Ingredients

  1. 3 sliceChicken breast (cut into strips)
  2. 1 bunchParsley
  3. 1 dashExtra virgin olive oil
  4. 1 dashPepper and salt (optional - i didnt put any)
  5. 1Juice of an orange or lemon
  6. 2 cupCornflakes (crushed or finely blended)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken pieces into strips

  2. 2

    Chop parsley till fine, and place in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and juice of one orange/lemon

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Add chicken strips into marinade

  6. 6

    Refrigerate for atleast half an hour

  7. 7

    Coat chicken with finely blended cornflakes

  8. 8

    Arrange on a tray, and place into the oven for abt 20-25mins
