This is my super-simple breakfast. You don't need to prepare it the night before, it's refreshing and full of energy and goodness.

Ingredients

40 gramsrolled oats
2 tbspapple or cranberry juice
2 tbsplow-fat natural yogurt
70 gramsberry fruits (defrosted frozen berries are fine)

Steps

Add the oats to a pot and just cover with the fruit juice, adding more if required.

Mix in the yogurt.

Add the berries and any berry juice and stir through.
