Ingredients

  • 1 lblean ground beef
  • 1 smallonion, chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 cantomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspground cinnamon
  • pinchground cloves
  • pinchoregano
  • pinchground cumin
  • 8 eachflour tortillas

  1. 1

    Brown your ground beef and drain any excess grease. Add all ingredients but tortillas and simmer about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Place a couple heaping spoonfuls of this filling in the middle of each tortillas and roll burrito style.

  3. 3

    Place on a well sprayed cookie sheet about a half inch apart and then spray the tops of each. Bake in a 375°F oven about 25 to 30 minutes.
